Oaklore Story Series: Prohibition Oak Cask Finished Bourbon

A whiskey more than a century in the making. This limited Story Series release begins with Oaklore Four Grain Bourbon, aged for more than 4 years before spending an additional 2+ years double oaking in a second set of American white oak barrels. For its final chapter, the bourbon rests for 6–12 months with toasted staves crafted from oak—harvested and dry-aged since the Prohibition-era, one of the most storied periods in American whiskey history.

The result brings together more than 7 years of barrel maturation with a remarkable piece of American history, creating a deeply layered bourbon and a fitting addition to Oaklore’s Story Series. The Prohibition Finish is testament to patience and craftsmanship, proofed and bottled at 96 proof.
